Please read these terms and conditions carefully as you will need to sign the booking form to confirm your acceptance prior to boarding your pet rabbit or guinea pig at Cornwall Bunny Boarding.

Mon-Fri 9am-11am & 4pm-6pm, Sat 9am-12pm, Sunday & Bank Holidays Closed.

If you cannot make your appointment, please advise us as soon as possible.
Deposit and Payment
All bookings are payable in full on arrival and are non-refundable.
Charges for boarding will include the delivery and collection days. Should any additional fees be incurred during boarding (e.g. additional days), payment must be made prior to collecting your pet.
For peak season bookings a non refundable deposit may be required.
The following cancellation charges apply: If you cancel between 1-7 days, full payment will be required.
Vaccinations
All rabbits should be vaccinated against Myxomatosis and Viral Haemorrhagic Disease 1 and 2 (V.H.D 1 & 2). Please bring vaccination certificates with you on arrival, as rabbits cannot be accepted without them for the safety of other pets in our care.
At present there are no vaccination requirements for guinea pigs.
Health
It is important that you provide us with as much information about your pet’s health as possible at the time of booking so that we may consider your pet’s condition. In most cases, will be able to accept him/her for boarding once we know your pet’s condition will not affect the health of others.
If there are signs of disease, illness or injury when your pet arrives and we have not received prior notification, unfortunately we may not be able to accommodate your pet as we need to protect all of the animals in our care.
All our animals are kept separately, we can not be held responsible for any pet pregnancy or injury while in our care.
An additional fee will be made for administering medication, special cleaning or treatments for your pet.
If you decide you can no longer look after your pet whilst it is in our care, please let us know as soon as possible. The current minimum donation for re-homing your pet will apply along with any additional boarding fees incurred. If your pet is not collected within ten days of the collection date we reserve the right to re-home your pet.
We reserve the right to separate any Customers Animals if we feel it necessary whilst in our care.
Illness and Death
Should your pet become ill whilst boarding with us we will contact you on the number provided by you and if necessary, will seek advice from our vet. If we are unable to contact you and we deem it necessary we will proceed to seek advice from our vet.
We will not be responsible for any Vet fees incurred.
In the unlikely event of a death occurring, we will notify you immediately and will take your pet to our Vet where you can arrange your final wishes.
All consultation and/or medication charges will be payable by you, plus a fee to cover our time and travel expenses.
Whilst we take every care to ensure that your pet is kept in a clean, safe and healthy environment, we cannot be held responsible in the event of ill health or death occurring whilst boarding with us.
Any photo’s that we take of your pets whilst they stay with us can be used on our social media pages and website unless you let us know otherwise.
Please note that pets are left entirely at their owners’ risk.
